The Tokyo Metro 03 series (東京地下鉄03系 Tōkyō Chikatetsu 03-kei ) is an electric multiple unit type which operates on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. A total of 42 eight-car trainsets were built, entering service on 1 July 1988.
The train is fitted with safety systems compatible with the Tōkyū Tōyoko Line and Tōbu Isesaki Line. Certain cars were built as 5-door configurations, in contrast to the usual three per car.
